Food insecurity among communities requires assistance from time to time. To address this distribution of dry ration was undertaken to reach out to resource poor families after conducting a thorough needs assessment in the communities. A total sixteen families identified with socioeconomic vulnerabilities received dry ration weighing approximately fifteen kilograms of rice, pulses, chickpeas, flat rice, dates, eggs and preservatives (salt and edible oil) consisting of necessary nutrients to last between three and five days depending on household size.
