The Associate's Degree Program

The Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts and Technology can be completed in just two years! The program requires 64 credits. These credits are structured around courses ranging from Culinary Arts I, II & III, to English, Business Communications, and Elementary Functions.

The associate’s degree program is designed to provide a broader and more in-depth understanding of the field of culinary arts management. It also includes a six week internship as the capstone to your culinary education.

Credits earned pursuing the associate’s degree can be applied to the bachelor’s degree program.

 

The Bachelor's Degree Program

Building upon the associate’s degree program, you can continue on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Service Management or Food Science and Management. The program includes earning an additional 62 credits, which when added to you associate’s degree program, total 126.

These courses add to your general understanding of the arts and sciences, and include coursework in management, communication, food technology, marketing and food styling.
